I am born and raised in Houston, Texas where I learned and studied art from a young age. Starting in elementary and through high school I was able to earn some major awards through Scholastic Art and Writing, have a piece on display at the Texas Children’s Hospital and auction two pieces at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. I also earned a scholarship to the Western Art Academy and later went on to study at the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Not knowing exactly where I wanted to go with my career I took time off from school and started working construction for my fathers remodeling company. There I was able to continue a creative path through design, building and working close with clients. Many of our clients encouraged me to continue an artistic career by commissioning me to do pieces throughout this time.

In 2019, my partner and I moved to Colorado to start a new chapter in our lives. This move fueled my motivation to become an artist full time. My love for the American west and western art intertwined with the beautiful landscapes and rich art scene in Denver has really been a source of inspiration for me.
